Sandra believes that her life was orchestrated by God to serve people who need a caring, compassionate person to help them with life’s challenges. For over 5 years, Sandra Walker has worked with culturally and clinically diverse individuals, couples, families, and teenagers faced with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, peer pressure, addictions, conflict in interpersonal relationships and parenting challenges. In addition, Sandra has over 19 years experience working with individuals struggling with career decisions, job loss, and workplace challenges. She has counseled students and taught college courses at the university and junior college level in human resource management, career development, and student success. She has experience working in employee relations for a major university as well as training and development for private and government agencies. Also, Sandra is actively involved in her church’s counseling ministry.
