Erica’s method include a multidimensional approach primarily focusing on cognitive behavior.   The purpose of using a multi-dimensional approach is to formulate treatment which is best suited based on the individual’s history to include, but not limited to biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Her aspiration is to help the individual, couple, or family problem solve, grow, and heal from incidents of hurts, while helping to strengthen bonds, communication skills and self-confidence.
